What Causes Pain In The Center Of The Chest?

i am experiencing pain in the centre of chest , like some one crushing with a hammer , i have shoulder and neck pain also, this subsides after lying down straight on bed for some time , increases in extreme cold or hot weather conditions,this condition leads to inactivity and laziness, and lot of tension

Hi...Can understand your concern.As per your query about heaviness and pain in chest associated with shoulder and neck pain can be due to many possibilities like angina ,myocardial infarction etc.I suggest you to go for investigation ECG and chest XRay and lipids profile to rule out any abnormalities in heart and chest.Some times pain of gastritis resembles a heart pain but its not so intense . I suggest you to consult a physician with investigations reports for a proper treatment.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
