General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to many medical conditions. I recommend some examinations to help through the diagnosis. I recommend an electrocardiogram and a complete blood count to exclude cardiac issue. Another possible cause can be gastroesophageal reflux disease. I also recommend to take a gastroprotector such as Omeprazole 20 mg daily in the morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
