What Causes Pain In The Central Lower Stomach Up To The Back?

I started hurting in my lower stomach towards the center this morning. It hurts worse when I move or cough. It s hurting thru to my back. If I move suddenly it feels like I m being ripped inside. It has me worried because it hasn t slacked up at all. I m 44 years old, and I ve had 2 c-sections, appendix removed, 2 ft removed from my small intestine when I was 12 due to a tumor, and in 2010 I had my gallbladder removed. I had a tubal ligation also.
