What Causes Pain In The Centre Of The Rib Cage And Diarrhea?
I have had pains in the middle of the 4 quads at the bottom of my rib cage. vomiting, diarrhea only a fever for a day...also sweats on occasion. Was told it was the Norovirus, but I continue to have nausea and occasional vomiting, diarrhea however I have been taking Pepto Bismal. Feel I can t eat much before I feel very full.

Hello,
It could be due to bowel irritation.
As of now drink plenty of water and you can take antimotility drugs like Racecadotril for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
In that case, you might require antibiotics.
