General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The spotting after intensive sexual activity is meant to happen from trauma.
It doesn't mean that you have an infection or other problems like a hormone imbalance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
