What Causes Pain In The Chest Along With Metallic Taste In Mouth?

Gudpm, several weeks ago I had upper respiratory tract infection but after my colds and cough had subsided, I feel chest and back pain and there is a metallic taste in my mouth. On 3 occasions last week I spat green mucus and now my sinus aches. I still have intermittent cough. What could I be suffering from.

Hi,

Get a repeat chest x-ray to detect any recurrence of chest infection.do steam inhalation. Intermittent cough might be residual and would go away soon take Strepsil lozenges SOS.
