hi i am 24 year male and having digestive problem lasting for 3 year i did ecg test 1 month ago but the test was normal but now a days i am feeling chest pain and pain in my left arm but it is not so hard its a normal pain which is last for 1 to 2 seconds i am worried if it relate to my heart or just due to gas
Noted you have chest pain.... As it is radiating to arm cardiac causes like angina , ischemic heart problem has to be ruled out..... Investigate with ECG or echo for it....
You are mentioning digestive problem.... So chronic constipation can lead pain... If it is present treated with laxatives .... For that more water and fruits taken with active life.....
If congestive symptoms present like tightness , runny nose , phlegm etc then respiratory causes ruled out By chest x ray and spirometry if needed..... It might reveal bronchitis like condition...
Avoid respi irritants like smoking , fatty and excess spicy food.... Take care....
Keeping this in mind consult physician...
