What Causes Pain In The Chest And Arms?

I have chest and armpit pain on my right side, sometimes it radiates throughout my shoulder to my back, but most of the time it is from right pectoral to armpit. The pain is very bad in morning and night, thats why I believe its muscle, but my concern is I ve had this for several months. I m 6 4 ,240, 41 yrs in pretty good shape, I do a fair amount of heavy lifting and working, and know about being sore, had lungs checked okay. What do you think I should do?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, in my opinion your pain is mostly due to musculoskeletal cause.
It is due to heavy lifting you are doing.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting.
2. Avoid strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Avoid painful movements of body.
5. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
6. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
Don't worry, you will be alright in 1-2 weeks.
