General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This pain seems to be coming from your back. This is not uncommon and mostly manageable. I hope you can happily continue your jobs. However, for this I would suggest you should talk to a physiotherapist who would focus you on good postures.

Do useful exercises. Most of the time physiotherapy and proper posture are all that are needed. I would also suggest to take some vitamin D and calcium.

Hope I have answered your query.
