General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

These are unrelated problems! If you are experiencing pain while urinating, conditions like renal stones must be ruled out. If pain persists better to consult a general physician and plan for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to look for any stones. The back and chest pain will be arising out of previous trauma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
