Hello,

You may be suffering from noncardiac chest pain from your history. Causes are like gastritis or acid reflux or pleurisy or pneumonia or herpetic neuralgia or nerve compression with radiculopathy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine for the cause and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
