What Causes Pain In The Chest And Below The Rib Cage?

I am a male 48 yrs old, over the past week I have been having a pain in my chest/abdomen (right below my rib cage). Along with this I have a burning sensation in the middle of my rib cage that goes into my back. My urine has been a dark orange and very rancid smelling. I have frequent urges to urinate and when I do very little comes out. I drink about 3-4 bottles of water a day. Any thoughts on what it might be or if I should go into an urgent care or ER? Thank you

For urine go for investgate uine Dr and ultrasound of abdomen for pain in rib take tramadol tab in bd and also take cipro bd for urine
