What Causes Pain In The Chest And Discomfort In The Arms?

chest pain tightness, discomfort down arms. only for a short time. some weeks once or twice, then weeks none. Very active, runner for years, exercise daily, slightly underweight. Physicals have been good, blood work, etc. excellent. 78 years old, still working. Enjoy the challenge. Thanks.

According to your complain you have problem of chest pain and pain in arm that may be because of any heart related problem.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Chest x ray and total blood cell count helpful for diagnosis. If pain on left side of arm than that may be because of heart problem.

As soon as possible consent a your physician for further diagnosis.
