What Causes Pain In The Chest And Left Arm?

Hi,I am really very tens about my chest pain.I always have pain on my left arm and underarm pain,sometimes I feel that I am getting heart attack because pain strat so fastly around my heart and underarm,please suggest me what I have to do.I have done my ECG but result was OK but I still have severe pain it strat suddenly and sometimes during this pain I feel vomiting.

you should get the ECG done when you are having the pain in the moment,do you have any medical history?Any accident u met recently with?Are you hypertensive?are you diabetic?If you have given some medicines by the doctor take them and revisit the doctor if you still have it.do some basic blood tests cbc,esr,lft,kft.And when you have pain next time go to ER and get ecg done along with that trop-i levels should be checked that time.And also some pain releiving medicines will be given for relief.keep track of your BP daily for a week.
