What Causes Pain In The Chest And Left Side Of The Neck?

i have had pain and an ache in the left side of my neck off and on for over a month...and some pain in my inner left thigh and just random chest pains and one really sharp chest pain on the left side that hit me but REally hurt when i would breath. it lasted @ a min of real pain and then for @ 15 min of lighter uncomfort. I have add these symptoms before off and on for 5 years and the doctors have did and EKG and stress test and heart monitor because I have been having my heart racing for no reason off and on since DEC.. they say my heart is good that is all Stress and anxiety. I do have stress but Geez all this ... should I have an ultrasound of my neck

take ecg and mri cervical spine to exclude spondilytes use hard bed and avoid pillow can take neck color. apply analgesic ointment locally and take warm phomantation over neck take analgesic like combiflam after food and with probiotic and vit bcomplex.
