What Causes Pain In The Chest And Ribs After Skateboarding?
I was skateboarding then all of a sudden I had a minor pain on my ribs where my chest is on the right side, but I kept skating because it barely even hurt, then like 1 hour later I went inside, took my shirt off and my right side chest ribs are popped out, but it doesn t hurt at all, I can breath perfectly fine, but it only hurt a little bit when I touch it.
Dear although we are not having a chronic or greater pain here ,but it is necessary that we must do a x ray chest to rule out any bony abnormality. Hard muscular activity with awkward posture can also lead to muscle pull which can be treated with some topical as wel as systemic analgesic ,anti inflammatory drugs. More over rest is a good medicine & try to avoid heavy exercises for some time now. Hope this helps most welcome for further queries.
