What Causes Pain In The Chest And Shoulders When Heart Rate Increases?

For the last week, my husband has been experiencing pain in his chest, side and shoulder when his heart rate increases. He is a very active person, cycling, jiu jitsu, etc. and he is not able to do his normal activities. Since this started last Friday he s also had stomach pains which he thought was indigestion and also intimacy problems.

I really appreciate your concern, apart from the stomach pain, if it is the chest pain and discomfort, then it is better to get done the EKG, for the abdomen symptoms it could be dyspepsia Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone once in day at evening time, hope this information helps.
