What Causes Pain In The Chest And Stomach After Mold Exposure?

My daughter goes to Drake University and and she is allergic to mold and is a runner. The building in which she has lived in has mold because of the building being so old. For the past two months she has had chest pains stomach pains and difficult time sleeping. She is a runner and is 20 years old. They have not taken her seriously when she has reached out to the athletic department, trainer and her coach about her symptoms until this last week. They took her to a doctor who found her neck to be swollen and took blood. They also decided to perform a ct scan. The blood work shows that she is anemic and has a vitamin d def. The ct scan showed some spots on her lungs. She is very frightened and is supposed to be coming home next week for summer break. I was wondering if anyone can give me a little insight to this situation.
