What Causes Pain In The Chest And Upper Back?

I have stomach and chest pains and pain in my upper back between shoulder blades when I eat. I recently had a colonoscopy and an endoscope test done. Everything came back ok, but recently while I was eating I felt like I could feel the food digesting in my body and I had pains in my chest and upper back. What is my problem? What is my problem?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your endoscopy and colonoscopy reports are normal

Hence gastrointestinal cause not present..

For chest pain evaluation additional history of cough, fever, dyspnea, allergy history etc.needs to be ruled out....

If needed chest x ray done for rule out respiratory problem if present

If having pain in particular position and aggravated in specific movement then it can be muscular pain and for that ibuprofen can be prescribed...

Take care

Hope your concern solved
