What Causes Pain In The Chest, Neck And Jaw?

Twice in the last couple of weeks I ve woke up with severe pain in the middle of my chest, going up into my neck and jaw. I called it indigestion the first time but the symptoms were just the same last night. I have pulmonary hypertension, could it be my heart

It can be gastritis and indigestion. Can start taking tab Omeprazole and Unienzyme. Take bland diet and avoid fast food and oily eatable. Take ECG and consult a cardiologist for examination and advice on the treatment.
