General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Pain in your left wrist joint for 1 full year; cold before of arthritis; Pain in left side of the chest on exertion can be a form of myalgia (muscle pain).
Though both the pains on wft side of body(which is always feared for being heart pain). It need not be so if you don't have breathlessness or palpitation accompanying.
* Still your fear can be excluded by consulting a heart specialist.
* In case the pains are accompanied by tinglingnumbness. I would suggest spinal check-ups to exclude spondylitis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
