What Causes Pain In The Chest On The Left Side?

upper left side chest right above my boob. pain I touch it pain uncomfortable pain ? not sharp. could this be from exercising a week ago ? I do have arthritis. It is also affecting my left arm, no pain in arm, its like a tingle, numbness, very faint though? I also burp a lot, not a burning burb, a relief one ?

Hi,

Yes, it can be from overexertion leading to strain and inflammation leading to nerve compression as well which is causing numbness and tingling. Take rest for a few days and take some muscle relaxant for a few days. You will relieve soon.
