What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Back?

I have a pain in the middle of my chest at the ribcage (right side next to my right breast near the solar plexus). The pain goes through to my back and sometimes I get a cramp. I have trouble breathing at times. I ve had a lot of stress recently. What could this be?
