What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating To The Shoulder Blade?
I m experiencing pain in my chest that also travels to my right shoulder blade. It s extremely painful. About two weeks ago I had the same symptoms but the pain traveled to my left shoulder blade. That last time I also was having difficulty breathing and ended up going to the er because I was afraid that I was having a heart attack. They confirmed that it wasn t a heart attack but also weren t able to determine what was causing the pain.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. You have to get an ECG to rule out cardiac causes even though it is unlikely.
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
