What Causes Pain In The Chest While Bending Down?

The other day I bent down to tie my shoe and something shifted up into my chest and twisted, it was very painful and I immediately stood up, after a few seconds it untwisted and I could feel it gradually slip back down and the pain went away. It was extremely painful and frightening what could this be?

It can be due to acid reflux disease, trauma in chest and least possibility of heart disease.

Tell me a few answers. Have you any disorder in the stomach, have you any history of trauma and do you take any drugs or smoke.
