General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be muscular since EKG and Xray are normal but gastric pain cant also be ruled out.

Ultrasound abdomen may Also be needed. An echocardiogram can also be helpful to rule out any structural heart disease. If unremarkable endoscopy may also be needed.

Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
