What Causes Pain In The Chest?

I m a 44 year old male. I m moderately active but overweight. I m 5 10 tall and weigh about 280 lbs.. I have been getting dull left chest pain lately. I seem to get a cold chill then the pain starts. Once the pain starts to go away I get really hot and I get a bad headache that lingers for about 20-30 minutes.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
By your history and description, I think you are having cardiac pain.
So better to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo.
To rule out cardiac cause.
If both are normal than no need to worry much.
It may be due to anxiety only.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
