What Causes Pain In The Chest?

Sir I have chest pain from last one week, it s feels like uncomfortable in chest, I have acidity problem, I do go to gym daily, no shortness of breath, no dizziness. I did ecg which was normal. I am very scared , should I go through any further tests?

Hi, glad you reached out. I can understand your concern. Chest pain are never tobe ignored. As you said your ECG is normal ,then might be the pain is because of acidity. Is the pain radiating towards your arms or hands? If not, then try some antacids and avoiding some spicy oily food might reduce the pain. Drink plenty of oral fluids and regularise your meal timings.
