What Causes Pain In The Chest?

Hi, I'm a 19 year old female and for the last few weeks I've been having chest pains on my left side. It hurts more in the mornings when I turn or stretch. It also hurts when I laugh and occssionally when I breathe deeply. Recently I've began to get a sore throat and my eyes have been watery and sting. Do you know what it could possibly be?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely because your pain is associated with movements and stretching.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
4. Sit with proper back support.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
6. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
