What Causes Pain In The Clitoris During Urination?

I have been having pain when I pee in my clit, it s been going on for a few days and at first it felt like orgasm and progressed to pain. I constantly feel like I have to pee but when I do it hurts. It doesn t burn or itch. I also have been spotting blood when I pee. What could this be? I ve been drinking cranberry juice an it doesn t seem to help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
It is looks like Urinary tract infection/Urethritis or vaginal infection
Exact diagnosis is made by gynecologist by following tests:
Urine culture and microscopy
Vaginal swab : microscopy and STD screenings
CBC, ESR

Advice:
drink plenty of waters
Eat fruits like orange, cranberry, pine apple and papaya
Wipe pelvic area after and before urinatiion
Avoid sex and douching till you get better
Antibiotics: depend on culture report-you can use tablet septra
Wear Pure loose cotton inner wear
Wash vagina with warm salted water 3-4 times a day

Hope this may help you
Best regards
