What Causes Pain In The Collar Bone Along With Dizziness?

My husband is 58 yrs old. Smoked for 40yrs. He has for the past 4 months had collarbone pain, with swelling and without swelling. He had an x-ray which showed no fracture or break to the collarbone. He s had a wet cough for 1 year and has dizzy spell times 3 months. I m concerned..his Dr. said the dizzyness may be a virus and will go away. He says the collarbone pain is a mystery and the cough...told him to quit smoking. I wonder if a CT is in order? I suspect lung cancer. Rae Marie Landry

Hello,

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
