What Causes Pain In The Columella?

I don t know what happened. My columella doesn t seem swollen and red and when I touch, it or anywhere around it, it hurts. In other things I ve looked up, the patient always had an accompanying issue: pimples, rashes, ect and I don t. I m scared it s the bone structure. It d be great if you could answer. Thanks!

Thanks for posting on HCM
Pain with no other symptoms like pimple, rashes, bruise may be due to a deviated septum.It may not be very visible and be found only at examination.I will suggest you see an ENT for examination.If infectious origin, pain will be associated with other symptoms.So, may be less like in your case.You may take a pain drug like ibuprofen if pain serious or a steroid nasal spray while you prepare to see your ENT.
