I cleaned my ear with a bulb syringe with warm water then irrigated it then sucked all of the water out. Normally I have used hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears per a ENT PT It has worked great. Until two nights ago I did a warm water cleans of my right ear which is the wax king producer but my ear felt completely clean but the next morning felt a little achey but not hearing loss, no discharge, no vertigo at all. So I ruled out perforated eardrum but my ear felt slightly achey but would go away all day. I did use rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining water in ear and my ear felt better. That was yesterday today a little pain when I hiccup but no pain when yawning or swallowing.
