What Causes Pain In The Ear And Cheek?

I AM EXPERIENCING SEVERE PAIN IN MY RIGHT EAR AND CHEEK . CAN T HARDLY LAY THAT SIDE OF MY HEAD ON A PILLOW. PAIN EVEN IN MY NECK -FEELS ALMOST LIKE TONSILITIS- HAVE SEEN ENT AND PERSONAL PHYSICIAN - BOTH FOUND NO REASON FOR THE FACIAL PAIN---PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and got the point that the Doctors could not find the reasons for the facial and ear and neck pain.
From the history it looks that the reasons can be:
Trigeminal neuralgia
Herpes- the vesicles take some time to get the signs
Check for the BP.
