Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain in the ears after swimming which is mainly due to swelling of wax in ear canal as water entered in it. It could be due to blockage of eustachian tube as well.
You need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.Doctor may perform otoscopy for diagnosis of infection and may prescribe antibiotic course along with ear drops. You should pinch nose and try to blow slowly to open up eustachian tube. Avoid touching or pricking ears with any sharp object and maintain complete hygiene. For now take ibuprofen if not allergic or paracetamol for pain and swelling.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
