What Causes Pain In The Extremities And Joints?

Hi, I am 54 years old . History of high blood pressure, GERD, Irritable Bowel, Insomnia, Depression. I am on medications for all of the above and have been for at least 20 years. I am 5 3 and weigh 190 lbs. For the past three months or so I have been experiencing some numbness and tingling in my lower extremities. Cold and pain in lower extremities mostly from pelvis down. Sometimes it feels like it may be joint pain but most of the time muscle pain. I try Tylenol, Tylenol arthritis, Advil, Aleve with only temporary relief. I also try A535, Icy Cold rub. The pain will worsen while active. The pain is a dull ache. I thought it may be weather related but now I am not so sure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
