What Causes Pain In The Eyes?

Hy doctor, thanks for taking time to answer my question. i am a university student,27 yrs/m/ 5,9. for the last 2 months i am having pain in my eyes.i got my vision checked but it was fine, i have no difficulty in vision, but watching tv or working on computer for as short as half an hour causes me pain behing my eyes and i have to manually apply deep pressure on my eyes that causes a bit soothing effect. i have occipital headaches occasionally. and i am well aware of working,reading and watching tv in bright light. please diagnose my problem and suggest treatment for this issue. It appears to be computer vision syndrome. apply refresh eye tear drop for 3times daily. use anti glare specs. Reduce hour of watching and glaring at TV or computer to minimum.
