Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am experiencing pain in my feet and legs, sometimes hard to walk. Also have like electrical pains in tips of my fingers, not sure how else to describe it but it feels like I am being shocked lightly, I am always tired and am starting to have blurred vision, memory issies slightly as well
The abnormal sensations in the fingers may be due to neuropathy which is abnormal function of the nerves.
It can be due to different causes, some of these are: (1)diabetes (2)liver or kidney disease (3)side effect of medication (4)trauma to the nerves eg arthritis of the neck or shoulder (5)low vitamin b12 or folate levels (6)thyroid disease (7)abnormal b6 levels (8)autoimmune disease such as ra or lupus
The pain in the feet may be due to neuropathy as well or may be due to another cause. You need to be assessed re this pain and the abnormal sensation in the hands
This would require blood tests and imaging
I hope this helps
