What Causes Pain In The Fingers And Legs?

am 24yrs old i experience that my left little finger and ring finger will pain not like pain its like just a feeling like pain after that i will come to right finger and the left hand joints will get pain after that my legs will get the same pain in a mean while i will sweat what is the cause for this pls give a answer
