What Causes Pain In The Forearm When I Lift Heavy Weights?

I ve had a pain in my forearm when I lift something heavy or rub the affected area. I have no signs of bruising but this has beeen happening for years now. Now the pain has started to bcome unbearable and shoot down to my hand and fingers. Could it be internal bruising?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is just a musculoskeletal pain. Nothing much to worry and no definite treatment is required either. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
