for a couple of weeks now iv been having a pain in my left forearm but its getting worse and spreading up to my shoulder, i have a lump also in my neck, and i keep getting what i can onbly describe as an electric shock going up my right leg? which is sharp and doesnt last long, happens now and then randomly...

According to the history you provide I recommend you to do an ultrasound of the neck and after an X ray of the arm and forearm.After have both the results it might be possible to have almost an answer
