What Causes Pain In The Forearm?

I have pain on the top and bottom of my elbow. Sometimes my forearm goes weak or my whole hand goes numb. I have tried ibuprofen and flexeril. It still hurts and was wondering if there was anything I could do art home? I feel like I ve run out of options.

Hi,
Pain is common in hand however if there is weakness and numbness with it the indicate there is some nerve damage. So it's probably time you should see your doctor to examine you in details. Mostly this occurs when nerve are entrapped and physiotherapy may be needed.However, there are other causes of nerve problems as well so it needs proper assessment.
