General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern.
Looking at your description it might be related to inflammation caused by forceful traction on foreskin.

I would advise you to use lubricant or lignocaine jelly and pull it back over glans, otherwise it can lead to paraphimosis which may require urgent surgical intervention.

In my opinion you should use antiseptic solution and clean it thoroughly and keep it moist, and try to avoid further injury.

Please don't keep foreskin pulled back, it could be dangerous.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question with a photograph so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes
