What Causes Pain In The Groin Area On The Right Side?

I need to have a nerve ablation, this pain is bothering me for quite sometime, long time, stupid accident, living with this right groin pain for years, but was told waited too long to decompress the nerve so that will not help. tired of medication but if don t have something for relief I am miserable, Never wanted to be cut on like a surgery, I have 2 failed neurostimulators, been in PT multiple times and now doing it again, Was told to see Chiropractor so I am hope this helps. have had 2 physicians perform series of shots in back and in the inguinal region twice now, never was told about ablation before just want out of discomfort, sitting here wanting to cry now. please help , MRI s have shown annual tears at 3 levels, disc issues, The dreaded DDD, I am getting old. Need physician in UHC Choice Plus insurance, just want to stop hurting so much
