What Causes Pain In The Groin Area Upon Walking And Coughing?

My husband is having pain with movement, walking, going from sitting to standing and coughing. The pain is down low in the groin area. He did run a slight fever last night of 100.04 but only once and has not run a fever since. He still has some pain while sitting. The pain is down low in the middle his pelvic area. No nausea, no constipation, no gas, no diarrhea, and no pain with urination or voiding. We need an idea of what this could possibly be.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think the pain may be from appendicitis. An ultrasound can be done to check it. Hope my answer was helpful. Best regards.
