What Causes Pain In The Groin Area?

I m having pain in my groin area on the right side. The mid area of my bottox and hip is very tender. I don t have much of an appetite and it feels as if my stomach is touching my back. On top of everything I m having a slight headache on the left side. I can t sleep comfortably
