What Causes Pain In The Groin Upon Leg Movements?

I have pain on certain movements, usually lateral leg movements, in my groin area (top inner thigh). I thought I pulled my groin muscle, but it is hanging on since August and I haven t been doing any exercise that might be aggravating it. Could it be something other than a pulled groin? Hernia???

Hello,

You may be suffering from a probable hernia or lower ureteric calculi or reactionary lymphadenopathy or infection like syphilis or STDs with lymphadenopathy or a femoral hernia (in females).

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your physician let him examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
