What Causes Pain In The Hands And Legs?

My mama have a pain in her hands n legs it start 4m d distal part of body or 4m small joint them goes to upper joints of extrimities,
her age is 55 n she did nt hv ny problm reltd to her metabolism..
so docs wht u suggest dat wht it is, i m her doughter n my name is pratibha n doing physiotherapy!!!!
