What Causes Pain In The Hands, Wrists, Shoulder, Neck And Foot?

hi i had a fever last friday and by monday was feeling better. On wednesday i woke up with a rash on arms and legs and legs were sore. Gradually the rash is going away but im experiencing more pain in the hands, wrists, shoulder, neck and foot. please advise what you believe is wrong with me.
