What Causes Pain In The Hands?

Hello. When I close my hand my knuckle slide over to the space between my fingers. My middle, ring, and pinkie fingers. I have always been able to do this. I m approaching 50 and having pain in my hand now when I use my fingers a lot, like for typing. What can you tell me about this

Hi,

This kind of symptoms is common after the age of 50 years especially in patients who do a lot of work with hands. This is because of the laxity of ligaments of small hand joints. So better to consult orthopaedic doctor and get done X-ray of hands. If X-ray is normal then no need to worry much. Start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements.
